SHIPPING
All prints, no matter the size, will be sent to you in protective cardboard sheets and/or tubes depending on size. The prints will be lined with soft tissue paper to protect it from scratches.
Shipping cost to Mainland UK is £5 and International is £10.
Free shipping for orders over £100
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 days of the original order.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If there is a fault with the print, let me know within 14 days from the purchase date and I will offer you a full refund.
The returned prints must be in the same condition as when you received them, and be returned in the original packaging. (i.e. the cardboard sheets or tubes). When returning any items it is recommended to use recorded post and retain Proof of Postage. I'm afraid I won't accept any responsibility for items that are lost in transit, nor do I cover the cost of returning prints.
Refunds will be issued to the payment method used when the order was placed, within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).
In the event that the prints are returned and are deemed not faulty, then I will return them back to you and charge you for the return postage.
